TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wholeful Pet website, products, and services, including but not limited to Surro-Kitty®, Surro-Pooch™, and all other surrogate nursing devices and related products (collectively, the “Products”). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our Products.
All Surro-nursers and related products sold by Wholeful Pet are handmade items. As a result, minor variations in size, shape, weight, color, texture, or appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect minor handmade variations.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Wholeful Pet. Wholeful Pet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason.
Orders typically ship within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. During peak season, defined as March through August, processing times may extend up to fourteen (14) business days. In some circumstances, processing times may exceed fourteen (14) business days. When this occurs, Wholeful Pet will notify the customer via the email address provided at checkout with an estimated ship date.
Wholeful Pet is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate shipping information, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond its reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added tax (VAT), or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delivery delays beyond original estimates. Wholeful Pet does not control and is not responsible for customs processing or delays.
While no device can replace a natural nursing mother, Surro-nursers are designed to support orphaned or neonatal animals by encouraging a more natural nursing posture and experience.
Wholeful Pet makes no guarantee that any animal will immediately accept or successfully nurse from a Surro-nurser. Some animals may require caregiver assistance, patience, or acclimation, particularly animals previously accustomed to bottle feeding.
Wholeful Pet makes no medical, veterinary, or performance guarantees regarding outcomes, feeding success, growth, or health.
All animals must be continuously supervised while using any Surro-nurser.
Surro-nursers are not toys. Animals should not be permitted to chew on teats or any components. Surro-nursers are not intended to replace human supervision.
Use of any Product by an animal with a known medical condition should be discussed with a licensed veterinarian prior to use. Improper use may result in injury or damage and will void any applicable warranty.
Surro-nursers are made from machine-washable materials. Products may be washed in a standard washing machine and tumble dried on a low heat setting.
Do not iron. Do not use bleach. Remove all electronic or mechanical components prior to washing. Products contain metal grommets and must never be placed in a microwave or oven.
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage to the Product and void warranty coverage.
Wholeful Pet provides a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials or workmanship resulting from initial construction quality.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper care, modification, normal wear and tear, animal chewing or destruction of components, or failure to follow care and safety instructions.
At Wholeful Pet’s discretion, valid warranty claims may result in repair or replacement of the Product. Refunds are not guaranteed under warranty claims.
All Products are shipped in new, unused condition.
If a Product or component arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Wholeful Pet within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Eligible items may be returned for refund or exchange.
Due to health and safety concerns related to animal saliva and biological exposure, Products that have been used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
All content on the Wholeful Pet website, including but not limited to images, videos, product designs, logos, trademarks, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Wholeful Pet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting or uploading images, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other media to Wholeful Pet, whether through the website, email, or social media, you grant Wholeful Pet a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for marketing and commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholeful Pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any Product, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or death of an animal.
In no event shall Wholeful Pet’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that the use of animal feeding and nursing products involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using Wholeful Pet Products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.
