From 2018 to 2023, Wholeful Pet maintained a strong relationship with an American manufacturing company that helped produce Surro-Kitty® units. That relationship eventually came to an end when the manufacturer shifted away from production work.

Unfortunately, this transition occurred during a period when Wholeful Pet founder Michele Graham was also facing significant personal and operational challenges behind the scenes. The combination of these events created major disruptions for the company and affected our ability to serve customers consistently during that time.

Some customers experienced delays, communication issues, and frustration, and that disappointment is acknowledged here openly and sincerely.

One of the reasons this transparency section now exists is because moving forward, Wholeful Pet is committed to clearer communication, stronger operational structure, and rebuilding trust through consistency and accountability.
